Our Pricing Philosophy
We believe in transparent, straightforward pricing. Our all‑inclusive fee is 12.5% of the monthly rent collected plus GST. This fee includes tenant placement, rent collection, inspections, maintenance coordination, RTB documentation and owner reporting. There are no lease renewal fees, no maintenance markups and no hidden charges.
For comparison, most property managers in BC charge between 6% and 12% of monthly rent plus additional fees. We keep things simple so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
