Full Service Property Management

Everything you need to protect and grow your rental investment.

Our Services

Tenant Placement

We advertise your property across major rental platforms, conduct showings, collect applications and screen prospective tenants using credit checks, employment verification and reference calls. Our goal is to place respectful, financially stable tenants who will care for your investment.

Rent Collection & Accounting

Rents are collected electronically and deposited directly into your account. We send detailed monthly statements and year‑end summaries so your bookkeeping is effortless.

Tenant Screening

Our screening process follows the Residential Tenancy Act and Human Rights Code. We verify income, employment and rental history, review credit and conduct reference checks without discriminating on protected grounds.

Move‑In/Move‑Out & Routine Inspections

We perform thorough condition inspections at move‑in, move‑out and periodic intervals. Reports include dated photos and notes to reduce disputes and ensure fairness for both parties.

Maintenance Coordination

Tenants can request repairs online at any time. We coordinate with vetted contractors to resolve issues quickly while controlling costs. You decide on repair thresholds and are always informed before major work is approved.

RTB Documentation & Notices

We use the Residential Tenancy Branch’s prescribed forms for leases, rent increases and tenancy notices. Our process ensures notices meet the three‑month rule and other statutory requirements, helping reduce the risk of void notices.

Owner Reporting

Access your owner portal to view income statements, inspection reports, maintenance logs and communication history. Clear reporting helps you make informed decisions about your property.
